Assessment
A clinical evaluation by a licensed professional.

In our first appointment, I will be leading our session by asking specific questions. You are free to provide as much information as you feel comfortable disclosing.
This evaluation will help determine diagnostic impressions and treatment options.

Evaluations are about 90 minutes
Family & Friends Consultation
Consultations are available for family members & friends.
These educational sessions are made by appointment only.
This is a private session. You will not be in a group educational service.
You will be able to learn about mental health, addiction, and/or treatment options.

You will be able to ask questions and receive referral when available.
​
Consultations are about 30 minutes

Substance Abuse Evauluation
A type of assessment administered by a licensed professional trained in addiction treatment.

In this evaluation, I will ask you specific questions related to substance use history & other related factors.
This evaluation will help guide your treatment & give you the best chance at recovery.
