I am a licensed mental health counselor serving NJ, PA & WA. I have been practicing and researching within the field for over 14 years. I have been dedicated to helping individuals discover their inner strength and build a path towards lasting wellness. 

 

Educational Information

I attended Rutgers University and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in psychology and history and a minor in sociology. I went to Monmouth University and completed a Master’s of Science degree in mental health counseling. During my time there, I focused on mental health practices treating trauma survivors and treating addictions. After graduating I became a Nationally Certified Counselor and attained licenses as a mental health counselor and an addictions counselor. 

 

Experience

I have worked in almost every therapy level of care within the mental health and addiction fields. This includes: hospital, rehab, and outpatient levels. Among many benefits, this experience has taught me how to accurately assess treatment care and help individuals with varying needs. 

A major focus of my work is helping my clients develop healthy coping skills, reduce stress and achieve their goals.
