About Me

I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years experience.

I provide virtual individual counseling and assessment for adults (ages 18 and older)

seeking therapy for a variety of difficulties.

I have a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, which is an accredited university for counselors. After graduating, I became a Nationally Certified Counselor and specialized in addiction treatment.  

  

Throughout my experience, I have worked in almost every level of treatment care. This includes: consultations on medical floors of a hospital, medical detox, short-term inpatient (28 day inpatient), long-term residential (3-6 month inpatient), acute partial hospitalization, traditional partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, & traditional outpatient. Among many benefits, this experience has taught me how to accurately assess treatment care and help individuals with varying needs.
